Framework use

PHFrame is provided under its open-source license. You are responsible for configuring, securing, validating, and operating your installation and for complying with applicable health-data, privacy, and security requirements.

No clinical advice

PHFrame dashboards and AI-assisted summaries are decision-support tools. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified people.

Connected services

Cloudflare and other connectors are third-party services governed by their own terms. You authorize only the permissions shown during their consent processes and may revoke them at any time.

Availability

The website and authorization service are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Production operators should maintain backups, monitoring, incident procedures, and appropriate access controls.
